Videos From Previous Concerts

My battles with the new website design programme go on but I’ve been able to add a new section called Concert Videos.  This has some recordings from the Letchworth concert with Calum, and from the St John’s concert with Jonathan.  People have sent me links to copies of other videos but the links have now expired. If you still have copies I can have a go at adding them by following copious notes of the process. It’s certainly not intuitive to me!

Another small change is to change the Members page name to Music Scores for clarity.

What’s there is by no means perfect, like the column widths changing, so another mystery to solve.  It should also be possible to click thumbnail images of the settings rather than the https addresses but that’s still to be understood and implemented. At least the links seem to work okay so far.

By all means send me comments and suggestions for changes or additions you’d like to see. For example we do need more about the history and evolution of The Orwell Singers, and a biopic of Geoff and his prodigious talent. Maybe also a section on the types of music we sing so we might attract more singers, particularly Tenors and Bases!
